New Year, New You Healthy Cooking Series
Stepping on the scales after the indulgences of the holidays
is never fun. As 2012 looms around the corner, Chicagoans will begin to trade
their eggnog for exercise in an effort to lose those pesky pounds.
The team at Centered Chef understands that diets don’t work
and fads fade. That is why we have developed a series of workshops designed
to provide the tools and support to help you keep resolutions well past January. By
showing students that cooking healthfully doesn’t have to be difficult or
boring, these classes are designed to de-mystify nutrition and show people that
eating well can be inspiring and delicious.
