Chef Ryan presents at the 2011 Chicago Flower & Garden Show

Chef Ryan presented to an audience of more than 200 at the annual Chicago Flower & Garden Show held at Navy Pier.  Audience members watched chef Ryan prepare Tilapia en Papillote, Gingered Sweet-Potato and Parsnip Puree and even sampled a Kale Salad with Balsamic Honey Mustard with Blue Cheese and Barley.
