With nearly 12 years of culinary media experience, Chef Ryan serves as media talent, content developer and contributor to some of America’s most recognized brands and publications.
Along with his fun-loving personality and talents in the kitchen, Chef Ryan has the privilege of consulting with the world's most successful weight loss company. In 2014, he earned the title of the First-Ever Consulting Chef for Weight Watchers with a one-year contract serving as a key spokesperson and media figure.
In continuing his esteemed relationship with Weight Watchers, he uses his very deep and personal understanding of foods impact on personal health to support Weight Watchers’ strategic corporate partnerships and their employee weight loss programs. Through his proprietary cooking programs, he uses fresh food concepts, prepared simply and at home, to help modify eating behaviors.
Aside from his work with Weight Watchers, he also consults with clients including Whirlpool and KitchenAid brand appliances (check out this cooking video), who highly regard his unique brand and skillset of understanding the consumer audience’s desire to prepare healthier foods at home.
