With so much noise in today’s health movement, we cut through the clutter to reveal the unbiased foundations of healthy food selection, cooking and eating. Our hands-on education programs are unique in that all our classes are based on the fusion of culinary arts and nutrition.
We believe the art of healthy eating doesn’t have a one-size-fits-all approach, so we offer a suite of classes to meet your needs. With the support of our talented and fun-loving chefs, and in collaboration with health & fitness experts, we’ve created an environment that will motivate you to cook and eat more healthfully.
No matter your level of experience in the kitchen or knowledge of basic nutrition, our variety of interactive classes will “educate, entertain and inspire” you.
All cooking classes are held in our KitchenAid Learning Center. Most classes are quite intimate, ranging from 10-30 people consisting of individuals and groups alike. Bring a bottle of wine to make the experience more special!

Butcher & Cooking Classes
Want to learn some great recipes and techniques in butchery and cooking? You’ll also be taking cuts home with you!!! To learn more about sustainability and clean eating! These seasonal cooking class were created in partnership with Centered Chef, Buedel Fine Meats, Slagel Family Farms and Red Meat Market. Get to know your butcher, famer and chef in this amazing cooking class.
Vegan Cooking & Baking 101
Whether you are a long-time vegan or just want to include more plant-based meals into your diet, this class is for you! These hands-on, highly interactive cooking sessions will cover the basics of a vegan lifestyle, various recipe options, cooking & baking techniques along with a full vegan meal.
