Centered Chef has emerged as Chicago's boutique destination LOFT for weddings. Brides love everything about the "one stop shop" wedding experience that includes on-site catering, a unique urban chic venue, staff and rentals.
Overseeing the wedding coordination is Sam Peña, Partner and Vice President of Operations. With over twenty years of experience in the event industry, couples can be assured that their wedding experience will be handled with both a personal connection and creative precision.
The functionality of our event spaces makes the logistics for your special day...simple. You can choose to have your ceremony in our LOFT space, then progress to the KITCHEN for cocktails hour and once again return to the newly transformed LOFT for your dinner reception.
With our catering packages, you can be assured that the overall design of your wedding will be personified through our "clean, simple and sexy" style. Your guests will not only be blown away by our urban-chic aesthetic, but by the food creations we’ve been innovating for the past nine years. With our dedication to pure and wholesome ingredients, our signature food can accommodate any lifestyle.
In addition to our wedding packages, we also offer wedding planning services leading up to your special day, as well as "day of" wedding coordination.
Capacities: 130 Seated Reception. 200 Cocktail Reception
Make no mistake. We're anything but "just another caterer".
Centered Chef may have evolved into a culinary studio dedicated to teaching healthy cooking but we’ve been creating those same foods in our commercial kitchen since the beginning. Our history is deeply rooted in corporate and private catering, where we’ve been thriving since 2005. As Chicago’s first 100% health-minded catering operation, we are mindful of using whole foods in the kitchen, from colorful produce to whole grains to hormone-free meats. Everything we cook is from scratch!
Our menus are as creative as they are delicious, personifying our clean, simple and sexy style. We have a variety of catering options to fit our clients’ needs, from casual backyard barbecues to the most refined corporate dining experiences – and everything in between. From plated dinners for up to 130 guests to cocktail receptions with hors d'Oeuvres for over 200 guests, our facility allows us to produce a variety of experiences. Not to be overlooked, small plates with chef action stations are always another popular option!
