In collaboration with Junior League of Chicago’sTeen Exodus program, Centered Chef hosted the ABC’s of Healthy Cooking workshop, for a group of inner-city girls from various Chicago neighborhoods. JLC’s program focuses on empowering these young women in the areas of self-confidence and leadership through educational program initiatives. Chef Ryan prepared Flank Steak Tacos with Fresh Salsa and Guacomole with the girls, which was a big hit!
