October WGN Appearance

Chef Ryan appeared once again on WGN showing viewers how to create an alternative to a classic “drive through” fair.  Making this healthy and delicious weeknight meal in no time, he demonstrated Dijon Chicken Strips with Apple Currant Chutney.  With half the fat and twice the protein, this version of chicken nuggets with a sweet sour sauce rocks!
